The S-24CS01A/02A/04A H series is a high temperature operation 2-wire serial E2PROM for automotive components. The
S-24CS01A/02A/04A H series has the capacity of 1 K-bit, 2 K-bit and 4 K-bit, and the organization is 128 words × 8 bits, 256
words × 8 bits and 512 words × 8 bits.
Page write and sequential read are available.

Operating voltage range:
Read 2.55 V to 5.5 V (Ta = 40°C to +105°C)
Write 2.55 V to 5.5 V (Ta = 40°C to +105°C)
Page write:
8 bytes / page (S-24CS01A/02A)
16 bytes / page (S-24CS04A)
Sequential read

400 kHz (VCC = 2.55 V to 5.5 V, Ta = 40°C to +85°C)
350 kHz (VCC = 2.55 V to 5.5 V, Ta = +85°C to +105°C)
