available as part of our standard mass production software package.
The CBM2091 is available in 48-pin TQFP and 64-pin LQFP package, which are thinnest and smallest
on the market. The 48-pin CBM2091 supports up to 4 flash chips and the 64-pin CBM2091 supports up
to 8 flash chips. Customers can choose different packages to meet their design requirement.
