General Description
The (BD9106FVM, BD9107FVM, BD9109FVM,
BD9110NV, and BD9120HFN) are ROHM’s high
efficiency step-down switching regulators designed to
produce a voltage as low as 1V from a supply voltage of
3.3V or 5.0V. It offers high efficiency by using
synchronous switches and provides fast transient
response to sudden load changes by implementing
current mode control.
